Recipe: Ice Box (Cheese) Wafers
Appetizers and SnacksICE BOX (CHEESE) WAFERS

8 Tablspoons butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teasppon red pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups grated cheese
Blend all ingredients. Make two rolls; wrap in foil. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Slice in thin slices and bake for 10 minutes.
