Brenda ~ I totally agree with your comments. As a kid it never occurred to me that people in other states (or even other countries) might be having the same thing for dinner. I remember having hamburger toast for dinner as early as the 1950s.

Today I eat a lot of ground turkey. I think I will try this concept using ground turkey, lots of chopped onions, ketchup and mustard and put it on bagels. Yumm.

I hope we hear back from Carolyn.
