Re: ISO Looking for recipes using bananas

I generally throw that last banana into the Oatmeal Cookie recipe (recipe on oatmeal box). If the cookie dough seems to be too moist, , I just sprinkle more oatmeal in it, til it "feels" right. The cookies will stay moist for a longer period of time, which means there are a lot less cookie crumbs to clean up.
