re: lindy's cheesecake question - I have information for you

Good Sunday morning to you. Connie, I must tell you, the recipe instructs you to remove the baking pan from the oven & cool same. It does not mean for you to remove the crust to cool it & then to place it back in the pan.
I have that recipe... I can locate it if I had to. If you think you need help with this recipe post back & I will try to help you. Good luck & have a nice day young lady.
