i wish i could say i am a young lady but i'm not.
i'm also pretty new to cyber space.
the directions in the recipe i found says to butter the springform and remove the sides. you cook the bottom crust,remove from pan bottom with a wide spatular and cool on a rack. it goes on to tell you how to do the sides but nevers mentions the bottom crust again. i think i could fly by the seat of my pants but i was curious.
