dear cass,
i'm ready to go but i think i'll wait til daylight.
i hope i don't need good weather to make the custard.
custard not cake. that's right up there with n.y. egg creams. no eggs, no cream.
i had heard about making fine sugar but never tried it.
30 yrs ago in n.j. uncle geo. bought me my own pineapple cheesecake and the pineapple was on the bottom.
it's kind of funny because a couple weeks ago i started looking for a pieapple topping. i want to try it on gingerbread. i use to make a pineapple upside dowm ginger bread that was quite good.
