There are several types of moon cakes so I need to know which type you're looking for. I also need to know where you stay 'coz if you stay in S'pore, I can tell you where to get a few of the ingredients and stuffs. If you stay elsewhere, then it's another story. Anyhow, I have most of the mooncake recipes and have tried them before so I can help you.
