Re: Moon Cakes

First, many thanks the kind reply to my request of Chinese Moon Cake
recipe.

The type of Moon Cake I would like to make is the kind that is made
of a pastry crust with a filling made with yellow mung beans. If you
do not have a recipe using yellow mung beans, a recipe using another
type of filling would be much appreciated as long the Moon Cake has
a pastry crust.

I live in the province of New Brunswick, Canada and I believe that I
can get the necessary ingredients at the local chinese food store.
