ISO: Moon cake recipe

Misc.
I have a friend who is currently teaching in China for a year and she sent me an e-mail about the Mid-Harvest Moon Festival and the nutty, fruity moon cakes they had which were delicious.

I ask her for the recipe but she says they are bought at a bakery.

Does anyone have the recipe for the moon cake that has a nutty fruity taste?

I haven't made any chinese dishes before, but there must be a first time for everything.

Thanks.

Sue
