ISO: Chinese Moon Cakes

Misc.
I have just visited Singapore and am very interested in how to
make an authentic Moon Cake. I bought a mould when I was in China Town also. A lady there was very kind and told me how to treat the mould before I cook.
I have searched the net for recipes, but it is very limited and lacks description.
If possible I would appreciate all the instructions from start to finish.
Thank You.
