Hi June;
Yes the crab legs are frozen and are also fully cooked, so all you have to do is steam them to heat them up. I don't know if Janie has ever posted anything about them or not. Seems like she talked about them on this board some time ago. All you have to do is put the water in the steamer and layer the crablegs in the basket (you may have to break them apart so they fit) I did two layers in the basket and steamed them for about 12 minutes. Melt some butter and squeeze a lemon and you are ready for a feast. Crack the legs open, take out the meat, sprinkle on lemon juice and dip in butter.
