Hi Pete and Karen...

Goodness, I just wrote to the tourism board in Penang. They showed photos of the street hawkers and wrote of the wonderful food that is offered. So, I thought "What the heck, it won't hurt to ask for the recipe for your wife."

I love to do research for recipes and this quest certainly is a lot of fun... plus, I am getting an education about a country that, before this time, I knew nothing about.

Somewhere, somehow, we'll find this recipe for Karen and maybe some of the other good folks on the RecipeLink will be of assistance too!
