re: Pizza stone

Misc.
Hi Bernie,
My Pizza stone says, to put oil on the stone and heat in oven, remove and rince off, when cool, never use soap on the stone or it will taste like soap. You are suppose to have it hot before adding the pizza ,but I find it hard to handle, so I put the pizza on a cold stone, it may not brown as well on the bottom. you may have to cook longer.

Hope this helps.

Louise
