Recipe(tried): Tried and True Instructions for Pizza (using pizza stone)

Pizza/Focaccia
Heat oven on hottest setting, and place pizza stone in oven on bottom shelf, heat 20 mins, remove from oven and sprinkle a small amount flour or semolina onto hot stone, have your pizza already rolled out and toppings ready. Gently place uncooked rolled pizza dough onto stone, top with tomato paste base, and toppings (I do this in approx 2 mins) and place back into oven on bottom shelf, cook approx 20 mins. My instructions say not to use oil directly on stone, and do not clean with soap or detergeant. Makes for a great pizza!
