Misc.Thanks, Emily - I'd appreciate any help I can get on this! I remembered after I signed off yesterday that the recipe I had also has raisens in it. I made this bread 2 times, & it was quite a hit - so I hate to just take any other recipe that sounds similar unless I have to. I remember having to grind the graham crackers, nuts, & raisens together, then mixing with everything else (as I recall, melted butter, honey, maybe sugar, maybe molasses, & I think there might have been some milk, too, but I'm not sure) & then rolling it jelly roll style, like the ones I've seen in some of the postings - but most of them say they're Italian! So I'll keep checking for your next response - I need to bake whatever I'm going to bake on the weekend of 12/18, so I'll have it for the 23rd at work. Thanks again!Kerolyn
