How about using it, with equal amounts of ground beef, to make hot dog chili - ends up being lower fat but still good.

Cover equal amounts of ground turkey and ground beef with water in a big pot.

Add ketchup to it to your taste. I like enough to make the water red.
Add chili pepper, salt and pepper to taste.

Stew until the liquid is reduced down to the meat.
Don't drain any fat........
Serve on hot dogs or make chiliburgers. Freezes well!!!
