Recipe: Chocolate No Bake Cookie (using oats, coconut, and cocoa powder)

CHOCOLATE NO BAKE COOKIES

3 cups quick cooking oats (uncooked)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup coconut
6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk

Mix together the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.

Mix sugar, butter, and milk in a pan and bring to a rolling boil for one minute.

Pour hot mixture over oatmeal mixture and mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool to set before serving.
