re: spag. factory cheese w/ butter

I have not found a recipe but I know you can purchase Mizithra cheese on line at various sites. It is a Greek goat cheese, similar to Parmesan in texture. After you get the cheese, I assume you brown the butter as the description at the Spaghetti Factory says.
