Recipe(tried): Spaghetti

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces

Just brown 1 stick of butter in a heavy pan. Be careful not to burn! Just
golden! Pour over 1 lb of cooked spaghetti. We do ravioli this way too.
When I do ravioli or gnocchi I add a little half and half to the browned butter.
Toss with fresh parmesan cheese after adding butter and mixing well.
