I have almost all the "Company's Coming" Cookbooks.
I have searched several and cannot find a Stuffed Mushroom recipe with Walnuts in it. There are a few recipes for Stuffed Mushrooms though. Do you happen to know which book the recipe was in as there are so many? Hope I will be able to help you out. I will keep looking.
