Heheh. Mom and I both love to cook. Mom's actually a graduate of Sullivan Culinary Arts college (a chef).

But what I remember most about childhood comfort food is mom's famous "black-bottomed biscuits" - a regular old can of pilsbury biscuits which were always forgotten in the oven juuuuust long enough to turn the bottom into charcoal. ; )
