Recipe(tried): Hot Dogs with Fried Potatoes and Bacon - One more childhood sandwich!

My mother would take the hot dogs and split them lengthwise then fill them with left over fried potatoes then wrap the bacon around them and place them under the broiler or in the summer on the grill.....what a wonderful memory!
