I don't know what part of the country you live in, but whenever I (and others) make yeast dough -- the items usually go quick as a wink. How about making your dough on dough/manual - and then shaping it -- ie. pan rolls; just plain or sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. From 1 recipe (3 cups flour) you should be able to get 2 or 3 round pans. Or you could go 'sweet' and do sticky buns or small coffee cakes. I've found that making into smaller portions than I usually would - makes more $$$ for the sale. Good luck.
