re: whole wheat flour and all purpose flour - I have information for you

Good afternoon. Monica one difference in empoying Whole wheat flour is that you will be using more water than your recipe states. You will have to feel around by adding a bit more at a time till you have a viable dough. Do not forget to write everything down so that it will be easier for you the 2nd time around.
