Recipe: Changing type of flour
Misc.Monica I believe you cannot use whole wheat in place of all purpose flour. Whole wheat is a much more heavy type of flour I would hunt for recipes using specifically wheat flour. All purpose is wheat flour that has been refined. I have seen many recipes that call for the use of both types such as homemade bread or rolls. Even some types of cakes may call for this. Good luck.
