Rhonda -- sure ...

Misc.

No Rhonda i don't think it a beef kind of a thing I used a lot of chicken recipes ... mostly it is just to make up you favorite recipe to a point that it only needs to be heated or tossed togeher and short cooking time. the idea is to plan one day, shop one day, prepare the next. Makes sence to have it all ready to go when youneed it.

What do you like to cook? Enchalads w/ chicken -- no problem, vege stir fy & rice -- par cook veges prepare rice freese and wa la it is ready when you are in minuites ... I tend to cook high fat so i am not the one to advice on THAT but i can tell you the concept should work with all types of cooking.

A lot of folks make the plan for 2 weeks and leave 2 days for leftovers. once done in the freezer keep track and check off what you have used, decide the morning of so it can be thawed if needed :) some plan the exact days to have each item and plan all the sides as well and have them on hand.

some do a baker day and do 15 pie cursts and 10 bags of fillings and sweet bread and cakes ect ...

Is this what you were asking?

hope i just didn't dron on need to get some recipes here for the orig. gal i promised ... life is busy though have to did ....
