Here's my ZITI recipe. It's very much like your ravioli casserole.
1 pkg of mosticolli pasta
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 carton of ricotta cheese
1 ball of mozzarella
spices- I use basil, oregano, parsley, pepper, and crushed red peppers

Cook pasta until barely al dente drain well. Combine pasta, spices, spaghetti sauce and ricotta mix well. Grate mozzarella. I use individual casserole dishes but it can be made in a large casserole as well. Put ziti mixture into dish and cover with mozzarella. Can be frozen for 6 months. Bake frozen at 350 for about 45 min.
