Seppo,forgot to say...................
Misc.gosh I,m an idiot it just dawned on me to puree the soup prior to adding the
blended nuts and parsley. Also you could add 1-2 tsp of mild curry powder as
well.In summer this soup is nice cold.I serve it with curried pumpkin fritters
which makes a nice change from bread. You mentioned a hazel nut and cherry bread
in one of your emails, may I have the recipe it sounds wonderful.Made a double
batch of your bran muffins over the weekend, they are so nice and moist and
freezr well, had one with home made apricot jam this am....Wonderful!!!!!!,also
made the beetroot riata again,my children love it,I had it as a filling for
baked potatoes which went down a treat.
Hope you have a wonderful day,I,m off to escort with a few other Mom,s 60 10
year olds to see The Prince of Eygpt at the cinema this morning so I,de better
get a move on.Speak to you soon
love Julie
