I hope everything goes well--it sure is a lot to take on considering you (son's wedding) have to do the rehearsal dinner the night before. Now that you have the menu down, enjoy!!

Oh--I saw a post on another site about ice sculptures--it said they got a mold from the place where they rented tables, etc. They bought one of a bride and groom. It's plastic and you fill it with water, freeze, then cut the plastic mold off. Isn't that a neat idea? Would be good to keep your strawberries fresh.

Geez, Vicki, I'm getting really excited about your son's wedding so keep us up on what's happening.
