Substitute for Starlight Mints
Misc.I too grew up with my grandma making Starlight Mint Surprise Cookies for the holidays. Now that I am the cookie maker of the family, I tried everthing!! Andre, mint kisses with the tops chopped off, making my own candies, Wilton's - but nothing matched Rockwood's until I found UFO WAFERS at Trader's Joes. We don't near one, but when family visits, they are required to bring a package of UFO Wafers.
