Jerry's doesn't know what I am talking about

I just tried calling Jerry's Nut House looking for the Rockwood mints and they say they don't carry anything like that. They have a Ghiradelli chocloate mint and something called a Meltaway. Has anyone else had any luck ordering the proper kind of mints?
