Dawn, regarding Wilton Chocolate Mint Candy Melts

I think you would be just fine baking with those mints. They sound very much like baking with chocolate chips or other mints.

Here is what the Wilton site says about them..... Versatile, creamy and easy-to-melt wafers are ideal for all of your candy making-molding, dipping or coating. Their delicious taste can be varied with our Candy Flavors.
Certified Kosher.
