Sue - If you have cooking spray try giving your cookie sheets a spray before baking. Or, if you have parchment paper, line the sheets with the paper first. I hope that's a help.

Help! I am trying to make the graham tuiles and they just stick to the baking sheet. I didnt grease the baking sheet. I used the oven at 350 degrees. I am at high altitude. Any suggestions?
