Sue...re: pasta salad

Though I don't have an exact recipe I can give you a good idea. When I make
pasta for 60, I make 10 pounds. That is serving it with a red sauce, with salad
and garlic bread. That's the whole menu. If I was serving 100 to 120, I would
make 20 pounds of pasta. HOweve, it really depends upon what else you are
serving. And it sounds as though you are going to have other substantial dishes.
I made a tortellini salad last spring for 100 people, but I honestly do not
remember how much pasta I used. I would use 15 pounds of pasta to sreve 100 to
120 a pasta salad. I can give you the other ingredients. It was so
scrumptious!

Tortellini tossed with pesto
Sun-dried tomatoes
Calamata Olives
Atichoke Hearts
Asparagus

This is rather pricey as pasta salads go, but it is decadent and delicious.
