I certainly hope that when you come to PR you will be able to eat additional things besides the Dean Ornish approved ones. Regarding being a size 10 my absolute admiration & good willed envy! I am not 10 since I was 28. Like Wallis Simpson, Duchess of York said "You are never too thin or too rich!".

There are many fruits & good carbohydrates in our national diet. I think I will have a wonderful time with both of you!
