Tips: Cannoli forms

Thanks for telling us about your experiments! I'm still thinking about what to use in place of cannoli shells...I bet you could buy doweling that size around and cut it to oven size or in pieces. You'd have to be careful the wood wasn't treated. You could wrap a piece of foil or parchment around the wood first.
