I'm glad that the recipe turned out for you, especially the roux part, since it can be a bit tricky! You definitely have to watch the roux absolutely constantly but now that you have made it once, you will no longer feel intimadated by it (if you ever did). Now you can make a first class gumbo too:-)!!
