Recipe(tried): Shrimp Creole - Thank You: Jackie

Jackie, I finally made the shrimp creole! I had never made a roux before, so I got all the ingredients measured and on the counter before I started cooking, so I could pay attention to the roux, so it wouldn't burn. Thanks for the pointers about the roux.

It turned out great! Even my DH loves it.
