Recipe: Crab Quiche

Crab Quiche

8 oz. imitation crab
19 inch pastry shell
8 oz. Swiss cheese (I use a mixture of cheddar and Swiss)
1 TB flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 TB lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce

Bake pie shell. Put the crab, Swiss cheese and flour into the baked pie shell. Pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle on the cheeses.

Bake 360 degrees. 40 - 45 minutes.
