Rotmos (Rutabagas & Potatoes)

Have you tried mashed potatoes mixed with mashed rutabagas? (Rutabagas are called Swedes in Scotland/England.) Yes, this is a Swedish dish. It can be fried up the following day too. we always prepared Potato sausage to accompany this dish. Judging from this thread you will probably like it.
