ISO: Does anybody remember Hough's TV Coffee Cake?

I have been trying for years to find the recipe for Hough's TV coffee cake - it had a rich top layer that is similar to a gooey butter, and then topped with powered sugar. As I recall the topping was on a yeast dough base. It was always my particular favorite. If anybody has a recipe, I would certainly be grateful.
