ISO: hungarian raspberry/chocolate cookies?

Misc.
My mother has been looking for anybody who sells the "Hungarian Delight" cookie for years and years. When my wife became a pastry chef, my mom had one request: figure out how to make those cookies! We're still looking and would be so grateful for anybody who could help.
