ISO: Hough Bakery Cheesecake

I too am looking for the recipe for their wonderful cheesecake- I have never found anything like it in all my world travels over the past 35 years. I would like to make it for my dad, who is in his 80's now, as a surprise for an upcoming birthday. Can anyone help???
