ISO: re: Recipes pamphlet or booklet by Robert S. Pile

Misc.
"Recipes" really isn't a book. It is a pamphlet or booklet. It is composed of 5 - 8.5x11 inch pieces of paper folded in half with a card-stock cover. It was printed in 1994. The recipes included in this booklet are as follows:

Reuben Pie - created by Robert Pile after Hough Bakery
Turkey Escoffier - made specifically for a wedding
Green Beans with Oranges
East India Salad - Hough Catering for the Opera Pavilion
Cottage Noodles - served at the Fall Sales Conference
Old Fashioned Beef Stew - served at the Party in the Park at Shaker Lakes
Coquilles Saint-Jacques a La Parisienne
"Stirred" Celery Cabbage - served at the Opera Pavilion - new dish
Chicken Jubilee - served at the Opera Pavilion - new dish
Crab Lasagne - served at the Opera Pavilion - new dish
Campbells Tavern Nutmeg Sauce - from Williamsburg, Va
King s Arms Hot Spiced Punch - from Williamsburg, Va
Polynesian Chicken Salad - - from Williamsburg, Va
Twelve Bowl Salad
Baked Fish with Spinach Stuffing
California Christmas Salad - original recipe
Cheese Cups (or Dreams) - Hough Catering
Hot Toasted Mushroom Sandwiches - Hough Catering
Mushroom Pie - Hough Catering
and a poem entitled, The Kitchen

That is it. I shopped at Hough Bakery for years and I don t remember any of these recipes from there! Hope this helps or at least saves some of you from wasting time trying to find a pamphlet that doesn t include Hough Bakery recipes.
