ISO: Clifton's Cafeteria Vienna Loaf

Misc.
I've been looking for a clone of this recipe - or even something approximating it - for over a decade. This comes from the famous Clifton's Cafeterias in the LA area. It starts with something similar to a croquette filling made with their leftover turkey meat, but in a large meatloaf shape. It has a pie-dough-like pastry wrapped around it and it's baked, then smothered with turkey gravy. The filling also has carrots and I think peas as well. It's been quite awhile since I've had it, but it was the best thing on their menu and I miss it greatly.

A "Vienna loaf" is also a type of bread - this is not what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance.
