ISO: Slovak sausage, made with rice, Hudka?

I have been in search of the original Slovak recipes for a long while, my grandmother took all of my favorite foods with her to the next world. There use to be an old green cookbook with nothing but those recipes, but I don't know who had taken it, I don't know the title of it either. I'm looking to my grammy's pumpking soup recipe, her sausage-which I think they used some kind of meat, rice and blood for the dark sausage-but they made a white one too; also the recipes she used for strudel and all the fillings, cheese-saurkraut-cherry-nut. She also made a soup of stuffed squid in tomato sauce type liquid. Can someone help me find these recipes or find out where I can get my hands on this old book or one that's close to it? I would be so very very grateful.
