I also have the green recipe book as previously noted.... mine is from the seventh printing and was given to my mother by her mother in law... my grandmother..... so I am sure there was editing based on transition of recipes and interest from the time. So if there is something that isn't in the later editions that someone is interested in ... let me know............ no hurka listed. There is a Jaternicky recipe noted but it is not like the hudka that I know...... this recipe calls for various pork organs and pork shoulder............
