Recipe: Bar-B-Q Beef (using ground beef and corned beef)

BAR-B-Q BEEF

2 lbs. hamburger
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 can corned beef
1 medium bottle catsup (size not give, maybe 24 oz.)
1/4 cup water (or more)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Brown hamburger and onion together; drain grease.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes (or put in crock pot; cover and cook on low for about 4 hours). Add more water, if necessary for desired consistency.

Makes 8 servings
