Recipe: Orange Rice (Minute Rice recipe, 1960's)

Side Dishes - Rice, Grains
ORANGE RICE

1 1/3 cups orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups Minute Rice, uncooked
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped nuts

In a saucepan, bring orange juice to a boil.

Add Minute Rice. Stir, cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

Mix in butter and nuts and serve.

Makes 4 servings
