Recipe(tried): Sloppy Joes with Potato Rolls - Reminds Me of the Sloppy Joes my Mother Used to Make

These were really good sloppy joes. The only change I made was to use less onion(s) (I actually had to remove some from the meat mixture since the onions "overwhelmed" the meat) and to spice it up a bit I added approx 1 tsp of vinegar. I actually poured the vinegar in but I'm guessing it was 1 tsp or perhaps 1 1/2 tsps. You don't taste the vinegar in the sloppy joes, it just boosts the flavor.
